    Open Water Swimming & Triathlon

    Are you a triathlete or open water swimmer? Swim Smooth coaches are experts in the field of open water swimming and all our coaching  in the pool will leave you perfectly prepared for open water swimming. This isn’t true of some schools of swimming which might teach you to ‘Overglide’ – too much glide in your stroke is especially inefficient in open water swimming and will leave you susceptible to being buffeted and stalled by waves and wake from other swimmers.

SQUAD TRAINING
Our Monday evening session starts up again on 13th May 8-9:15pm. Bring your wetsuit, it is an Open Water and Endurance session in the outdoor pool!

WEDS EVE SQUAD = FULL
Our Wednesday SwimSmooth squad is now FULL, with just a few places available on the Friday evening squad 8:30-9:30pm at Richmond Pools on the Park. Please email Ros@triathloneurope.com to request a Friday squad place or to be added to our waitlist for Weds and Mon eve squad training

SWIM WORKSHOPS - booking now!
10 x new Swim Workshop dates at both Richmond and Wimbledon pools are booking now April through to August 2013. Available dates and a booking form can be found on the Swim Workshops page....

1-2-1 VIDEO ANALYSIS SESSIONS - Tuesdays and Thursdays
Individual 1-2-1 Video Analysis and Stroke Correction sessions are now booking for June 2013. To arrange a pre-season tune-up, please email Fiona@triathloneurope.com.
